We may update these Terms at any time, and any such changes take effect immediately upon posting to our Website. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or the Services. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your continued access to WhaShield after any amendment to these Terms is deemed acceptance of that amendment. If you disagree with a change and wish to close your account, contact us at the address below.
WhaShield provides users with access to a range of security and fraud-protection tools delivered as software-as-a-service. Unless stated otherwise, any new feature that extends or enhances the Services — including future WhaShield product releases — is governed by these Terms. WHASOLS and its affiliates are not liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Services or any information made available through them, except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
We aim to keep information on the Website accurate and current but make no guarantee as to its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
WHASOLS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services strictly for your own internal business purposes, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
WHASOLS retains all right, title, and interest — including copyright and database rights — in the WhaShield Website, Services, and related documentation. All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved. No part of the Services may be copied, modified, published, distributed, or transmitted without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Services to you; you receive only a limited right of access and use as set out here.

You acknowledge that you have no rights in WHASOLS's intellectual property. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Services and any derived works remain solely with WHASOLS. All software and technology on the Website is protected under Pakistani and applicable international copyright law. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of Website content without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the Services lawfully. You are responsible for all content transmitted through our systems. You agree not to:
WHASOLS has no obligation to monitor use of the Services; ensuring your own compliance is your responsibility. We are not liable for content transmitted through the Services to third parties. Violation of these Terms may result in account termination at our discretion.
If you hold a free-tier account and it remains inactive for 90 consecutive days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate it. Any remaining balance or data associated with a suspended or terminated account may be forfeited at our discretion.
You may gain access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to WHASOLS, including details of the Services. You agree to use such information only for the purpose for which it was provided, and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent. You further agree not to publish any comparative evaluation of the Services against competing products without our written approval, and neither party will make public statements about the other or about this Agreement without consent.
Current pricing is published on the WhaShield Website. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis, and you are responsible for all fees incurred through your use of the Services. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. WHASOLS may change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Refunds, where granted, are issued solely at the discretion of WHASOLS management.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies — federal, provincial, sales, or otherwise — arising in connection with this Agreement.
This Agreement takes effect upon our acceptance of your application for access credentials and continues until terminated as set out below.

Except as otherwise provided, no refund is due upon termination for any reason. Termination does not affect either party's accrued rights or liabilities as of the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
If any provision of these Terms is found void or unenforceable, that finding will not affect the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force.
WHASOLS may change, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services or Website at any time without notice, penalty, or refund obligation.
You may not assign, sublicense, or transfer any right or obligation under this Agreement without our prior written consent. Any attempted transfer without such consent is void.
WHASOLS may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting to the Website or upon direct notice to you, whichever is earlier. If a change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate this Agreement immediately by notifying us; continued use after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of it.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding their subject matter and supersede all prior understandings, written or oral.
This Agreement binds and benefits the parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
No provision of this Agreement is intended to benefit any person or entity not a party to it, and no such party has any right of action under this Agreement.
The confidentiality provisions of these Terms survive termination of this Agreement.
The Services may contain links to third-party sites. WHASOLS does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
Under no circumstances will WHASOLS be liable to you or any third party for indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. WHASOLS's total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid to WHASOLS for the Services giving rise to the claim, and this shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WHASOLS does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that results obtained will meet your expectations. No advice or information obtained from WHASOLS creates any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement. WHASOLS is not responsible for any chargeback incurred by you before or after we provide any analysis, report, or recommendation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WHASOLS and its affiliates from any liability, loss, claim, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and preventing unauthorized use of your account. WHASOLS does not guarantee detection of unauthorized access; you agree to notify us immediately of any suspected security breach. WHASOLS is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access.
You acknowledge the Services may be interrupted due to:
WHASOLS is not liable for any loss arising from such disruptions and will make reasonable efforts, but has no obligation, to post status updates on the Website.
WhaShield uses third-party payment processors to handle billing. By subscribing to the Services, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.
In any legal proceeding between the parties to enforce or interpret this Agreement, each party bears its own costs, expert fees, and attorney fees, including on appeal.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided the affected party promptly notifies the other of the delay.
WHASOLS's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive that provision or our right to enforce it later.
